Item number on the PID5BF+M, the 36-item modified brief form (integer). Its keying is in

Item number on the PID-5 Informant Form, the 218-item informant-report form (integer). It is
NAon self-report items 96 and 177, which the informant form does not have, so IRF item n is self-report item n, n + 1 or n + 2. Each informant item shares its row's facet and reverse keying- Reverse
